       Product description: This machine has three functions:liquid filling, stopper putting and pressing, outer cover capping 3in1 machine. Also may according to the customer request to capping outside lid. No bottle, no filling. This machine is simple operation, saving merits of human, not consumption field, etc. It can be equipped with a protecting cover according to client’s requirement,can be connected with bottle feeding machine,labeling machine,shrinking machine,cartoning machine to be a filling production line. It is applicable to different-shaped bottles and plastic bottles: PP , PE , PVC ,glass bottle and mould bottle .The bottle-in and bottle-out has specialized structure .It doesn't drop bottles or nip bottles PLC control , simple and easy to operate. The part which touches the liquid medicine is made of 316L stainless material completely, meeting the requirement of GMP. Product feature: 1. Use Peristaltic Pump, the filling accuracy is high for small filling volume. Also, it is easy to change your filling range. 2.Use Vibration plate to arrange inserts into slideway, the inserts will be sent to the robot hand by the parallel oscillator, and will be put into bottle by robot hand, high accuracy, add insert ≥99%. 3.Use Vibration plate to arrange covers into slideway, the covers will be sent to the end of slideway by the parallel oscillator, and will be put onto bottle by pressure, high accuracy, put cover ≥99%. 4.All functions around the working plate. From filling, add inserts, put covers, capping and output. According to different size of bottles, you can change different plates if you want to use one machine for different size of bottles. Easy to change and operate.
