Product features:
Put bottle from bottle storage place to bottle hopper by manual, bottles will be lifted to arrange bottle tank via belt, then enter into big bottle sorting rack via rail by bottle guide rod. Bottles will inverter and slide down from big sorting rack, then enter into air conveyor rail via star wheel, and then enter to bottle chain conveyor. The whole process is controlled by PLC.
The elevator consists of bottle storage hopper, elevator belt, machine frame. The elevator structure motor is controlled by bottle unscramble bottle feed inspection device.
The arranging bottle mechanism is composed of main machine, bottle rack and star wheel. Main machine will feed bottle into bottle rack, the bottle rack will inverter bottle into right direction, feed them into star wheel, and then feed the bottles into conveyor
